A deeply disappointing stay - misleading booking (potential scam) and poor hygiene. I booked a Deluxe Double Room via Booking.com, but upon arrival the hotel informed me that no such rooms were available unless I paid an additional €150. I felt pressured to accept this surcharge just to get the type of room I had already booked.
Browsing through the reviews I realized I am not the only who have been in this situation.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The room was not clean (stains on the carpet and windows), and I even found cockroaches — I have photos as proof. Despite reporting this to reception, the cleaning service never came unless I asked every single day.
Overall, I felt misled by the booking information, overcharged, and extremely disappointed by the cleanliness and service. I sincerely hope Booking.com and the hotel review their standards to prevent this happening to other guests.. .

Faites attention la seule chose qu'ils sont c'est demander l'empreinte de votre Carte bleue et quand vous partez ils vous débitent Un montant qui n'est pas justifié et surtout impossible de les avoir au téléphone en fin de séjour quand vous rendez la carte hôtesse est très désagréablesi vous ne savez pas gérer quand il y a du monde il faut changer de travail. .

But was busy due to a concert. Therefore long cue for check in but went pretty quickly. They where well prepared for this. Unfortunatly the bed for our son was not made up even after 4 request. Finnaly was made at night after the concert and we received a voucher as an apology. Nice hotel and nice staff. . .
