Good for a short stay. - Great staff at the reception desk. I didn't catch the person's name, but he was great and very helpful.
- Comfortable shower with good water pressure;
- Fast reliable internet;
- The existence of the elevator, blackout curtains, a lot of electric sockets;
- Good location, a lot of infrastructure is in the walking distance.. - No sound isolation from other units, you can hear absolutely everything;
- In the "Family Suite" in the 2nd room there is no window. Impossible to sleep with the closed door, otherwise you can't breathe. In this room there is also a constantly flickering emergency light, that flickers every 30-60 seconds in your eyes at night.
- Uncomfortable beds and pillows, after which we had neck and back pain;
- The bedsheets and towels weren't washed properly as they had visible old stains on it (repeatedly).
- In the wardrobe we found an old dirty sock from the previous guests of that suite, so the room wasn't cleaned properly;
- Outside the hotel there is a loading area for cargo shipping, so there are constantly trucks loading and offloading cargo which gets pretty loud..

Cheap stay for a night. The price was good, and the staff was welcome. Smart TV and elevator were useful.. Very small room. The hotel is located on a dirty street. Cold flores, especially in the bathroom. The water had a very low outflow from the sink..

My stay with my spouse was excellent .. Aziz the receptionist is superb , he knows how to handle customers or visitors . I will recommend Golden Stone Hotel to my friends who will visit Istanbul and my next coming to Istanbul I will choose the same hotel. Aziz well done bro. Keep it up .. .

Calm enjoyable stay. 1. Cleaning service of the room is regularly every day (upon your wish).
2. Room is rather small, but it has all what is needed.
building has an elevator (for the people with limited mobilities it is very convenient).
3.Hotel is located in busy area (many clothes shops and other businesses), however there is no disturbing noise.
4.Sound from the mosque is barely heard with closed windows.
5. Hotel is 10min walk from tram stop T1 line which brings you to many places.. 1. walk to the tram stop is rather through a veryvsteep hill (so just to be cautious if you are travelling with someone with limited mobility).
2. isolation of the rooms seem to be not very good - you can feel cigarette smell or sound noise of neighbouring rooms..
