Excellent hotel. Everything about this hotel is amazing. The reception and bar staff are great. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, I noticed some people complained about the size, however, our room was more than adequate. I would just add, it would definitely benefit from drawer space to put your clothes. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect.
The staff organised a birthday surprise for my son, when we returned from a long day, which was wonderful and value for money.
I would definitely stay again.. .

Misleading Booking and Poor Management – Avoid This Hotel. ⭐ 1/5 – Deeply Disappointing Stay at Hotel Pilgrim, Paris (3 Oct)
I booked Hotel Pilgrim in Paris through Stayforlong.com, paying for what was clearly advertised as a Superior Twin Room (£385.17) for two female friends. On arrival, we were allocated a Classic Double, which was entirely unsuitable for our needs.
When I raised this with Clara, the hotel manager, I was told the hotel was fully booked, the room was too small for twin beds or a cot, and that no refund could be offered. Her only “solution” was to bring in extra bedding and sleep on the floor— the bedding arrived in poor condition.
As a cancer patient in recovery, this situation caused considerable stress and exhaustion. Despite it being the hotel’s error, there was no compensation, no breakfast offered, and no proper service. The room was so cramped that my suitcase posed a safety hazard, and the management showed no accountability or empathy.
To make matters worse, room rates fluctuate dramatically online, which is misleading. I would score them zero if it were possible.
Avoid this hotel at all costs — poor management, false advertising, and no respect for guests’ well-being.. .
