They gave away our paid room without informing us.. The hotel is average and okays for a business trip. However, the service is very bad, the hotel is very limited and it seems the room is not guaranteed as my colleague was not able to make it for the fist night and then they gave out his room without even telling us. So we had to triple pay another stay in the city because of their irresponsibility.
Now booking is not able to handle the case and the hotel is not responding.
When we went on the reception, they said “write us an email and we’ll see what we can do”. Just VERY BAD.. .

An ok stay - not ideal for short city stay. Located on the side of the city closer to the airport, not a great deal around apart from a large mall, a department store and some local restaurants. Hotel itself is a classic Novotel - comfortable social public areas, rooms were a decent size, slightly older designer bathrooms but fine. Beds comfortable but asked for additional pillows (1 never enough per person). Separate shower and bath was a bonus. Swimming pool was 170m all round which was a little odd for kids not overly confident with deeper water, but a life guard on site. Breakfast was offered at a discount rate for advanced booking and was good value with a wide, fresh choice and eggs any style. Ok for a night or two.. .

Good restaurant, albeit expensive.
The bedroom was not anything impressive, but it had everything I needed.
There are plenty of taxis and buses to travel around.. Some staff members were not particularly friendly/welcoming, often being brash and dismissive.
Nearby areas can give off a bad vibe at night, mainly because they are deserted and have very little nightlife to offer.
This is an excellent option if you travel for work in the nearby business parks. However, it is not suitable for tourism..
