Great hotel, not so great area. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this hotel. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, check in and check out were super quick and easy. Rooms were modern and clean, comfy beds, smart tv. Plenty of towels which were renewed each day. We even had a view of the eiffel tower. The only bad thing i have to say is the area is not suitable for tourists. We booked this hotel as a cheaper alternative. Even though the hotel itself was perfect, i unfortunately would not return as the surrounding areas felt quite unsafe for 2 young girls. I will also say if you have never experienced any sort of metro systems this hotel is not a great option. We found it very stressful getting from the hotel to the centre that we ended up getting Ubers every day which cost around £18 for one trip. There is plenty around the area such as a lidl, mcdonald’s, kfc however note that no one in this area speaks english due to it not being a touristy area. All in all if your looking for a cheaper place to say and feel you can understand the metro system easily it is a great option.. .

Not a 4 star. The reception and breakfast is shared with Greet hotel that has no star. The 4 star attention and experience is finished since it is impossible to differentiate 4 star from no star customers. The rooms are good renovated but basic. The breakfast plates are most of them damaged and the place is crowded.. .

Nice hotel and staff. Not sure why there are bad reviews about this hotel as we enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be accommodating and helpful. There are some renovations being done in the hotel but we were informed about this at check in and were given apologies for any noise. The only time we heard anything was 9am one morning where we were already up anyway and ready to start our day. Room was new and nicely decorated with comfy bed. Smart TV in the room was a bonus as we could log into our Netflix or YouTube of an evening. The metro is about 10 minute walk down a high street with plenty of places to eat and shops such a Lidl if you want to stock up on drinks and snacks for the evening. Just a heads up the breakfast finishes quite early compared to U.K. hotels but there is still plenty of choice locally and can even order Uber eats to the hotel. For the price we paid I was very satisfied with the hotel and would stay again.. .

A pleasant comfortable stay but I find that breakfast at €18/personand parking the car at €18/night expensive.. Roomy underground carpark.Very comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of choice and good quality breakfast buffet. Quick service and good food for dinner.Well situated for travelling (easy access to the A6 South bound.. Upon registering it would be useful to offer 2 key cards to a travelling couple and to indicate that to use one of the lifts, no key card is required. Two small details: No brush in the WC and no sachets of cream for the early morning coffee in the bedroom…...
