. LOUD LOUD LOUD. Came here as it was close to airport and we had to get up at 3 AM for a flight. Between door slamming, people chatting on the steps just outside the building, people talking in the alley behind the hotel (right outside our window) and a man talking ALL NIGHT in a staff area beside our room, I got absolutely no sleep. The AC unit also leaked a big puddle of water just inches from my open suitcase and the overhead light flickered on every few minutes, indicating some electrical problem. It was almost comical how terrible our experience was. Having said that, the staff were friendly upon arrival.. .

. The room had several cleanliness issues, including an unclean toilet, hair on the bedroom floor, pillow, and sheets.
All the towels were dirty and had black spots on them.
Furthermore, there were no restaurants nearby, which was inconvenient.
To top it off, there was mold in the bathroom, contributing to an overall disappointing experience with the hotel's hygiene and location.. .

. Staff was efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Traffic outside was a bit loud, so recommend bringing earplugs. Definitely use the shuttle they offer. Was very nice. I recommend this especially for those with early flights who want to avoid the Istanbul morning traffic. . .
