Good. Great location, excellent breakfast.
The bed was comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.. Worn-out furniture.
The air conditioning cannot be adjusted from the room, but you have to call the reception to adjust the temperature and turn it on and off.
The receptionist who worked the night shift only knows Turkish and it is very difficult to communicate with him..

Average. Breakfast was good, worth getting as it had some lovely choices and a good view from the roof top. Hotel was also very centrally located in the historic/touristy area of Istanbul. Easy access to the tram which was located right outside the hotel.. Room was smaller than it appeared on the photos. Bathroom was not great, the lights were fiddly and would often flash like a strobe or not turn on at all. Shower door did not close/seal very well so the floor ended up wet and the silicone in the shower was a bit mouldy. Bed was relatively comfortable, but made with bare minimum linens. Only one pillow provided for each person and they were kind of flat, no top sheet and only a thin blanket provided on the bed..
