Good location, new and clean. The hotel is quite new and got big space with kitchen as well. Location is very good, 5min walk to M1M2, 10min walk to T1.
Owner is very friendly and WIFI is good.. Little bit noisy at night but it’s ok to sleep.

Spacious apartment - would have loved to stay longer. Our room was an actual apartment on the second floor, and we loved how spacious and clean it was. We really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, it makes a longer stay much more pleasant. The bathroom is quite small (just like it is shown on the picture), but it didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay. We also like the neighbourhood; I think it's one of the best places to choose if someone wants to be close to the centre but away from the touristic area. Regarding the public transport, the tram, Marmaray and metro stations are all within some minutes of walking. In addition, there are amazing Central Asian restaurants nearby. All in all, I really recommend My Suite House both for short and longer stays. We would definitely like to return in the future.. The bedroom windows look to the streets, which can be noisy - especially if someone is sensitive to such things. Also, upon arrival the heating was not on (in the winter), so it was quite cold in the apartment. After turning it on, it still needed a day or so to reach a comfortable temperature..

Exceptional. Everything about this place is amazing. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures! Lots of place and really really clean. The staff is so friendly it feels like staying with family. They will help you with great recommendations and you can avoid the taxi trouble. I will recommend this hotel to all I know traveling to Istanbul. Amazing stay.. .

Good apartment but noisy. The apartment is wide and clean, own big kitchen, good heating, wi-fi, etc. The host is welcoming. It would be 11/10 if not for the noise. Unfortunately, there is a very busy street nearby.. So we lived on the 3rd floor, windows always closed and every night I woke up from cars with loud music passing by or some people screaming at each other. Even at 2-3 at night.
On top of that there was an active construction going on behind the apt wall. I.e., loud noise from 9 to 16:00.
My wife had no issues as she is a good sleeper, but for me it was difficult, had to use ear plugs..
