No internet access. Every equipment is broken. There is not minimum facilities.I have been to many hotels in Istanbul, i can say this hotel is one of the worst hotels. Nothing.

I could not wait to leave. 1) Supportive staff, 2) room was clean, 3) price is good, 4) spacious room. 1) very strong paint smell from painted doors, smells like toxic formaldehyde and had effect on my eyes, 2) room next to us was given to a prostitute and we had to listen to her work all day, 3) we were diagnosed with scarbies after stay in the hotel, not sure is it from the bed or from where, itcheness started in the hotel, 4) noise from the road was coming even with closed window, 5) small inconvinient wardrobe, 6) AC not working, 7) broken toilet seat, falling down while on it..

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. WASTE OF MONEY. . The shower didn't have shower head, there was hair on the bed sheet, receptionist couldn't communicate in english. there was stain on the towels. I am disappointed at Booking.com for not checking the claimed quality of each hotel..

AVOID this hotel , paint smells , No cleaning , broken facilities , scam photos. Only the lady at the reception who was cooperative and friendly , opposite to the Reception man .
The hotel looks good only at the reception and in the photos , but the accommodation was horrible .. The rooms and elevators were under painting , the smell of paints is all over the building and insid rooms.
I had to change my room 3 times, it was first time in my life to see a room lighting working only with cards, as there was no lighting switch , I had to switch off the light from the electrical panel !!!, I changed the room to another one that had a broken Furnitures , sting sheets and very dirty towel and pillows, the toilet was miserable , there were better rooms but the male receptionist denied giving me any these rooms .
My advice is you have to strongly argue with the receptionist to get a good room ..

I will think twice before coming back. I like it wasn't far from Metro buses. The shower where bad and defective , the AC broke after 4-5 days , the bad frame was very bad and the blanket's and bed cover was dirty and with stains.
