Awful room and substandard breakfast, staff ok, location good. The room was a disgrace. There were two narrow, barred windows with milkglass (plus another one in the bathroom) and hardly any daylight as the room was situated in the basement facing a wall at a distance of about 1 metre. The "double" bed was 140cm large, so not a lot of room for a good night's sleep (except for, maybe, if you're freshly in love, but even then it's very narrow)
Breakfast was 90% sweet stuff and cheap carbs, hardly any choice of fruit or vegetables, the eggs were cold, hard-boiled industrially produced and pre-pealed (probably to keep customers from taking them out of the breakfast-room). The choice of dairy products was very limited (mostly "fruit" yoghurt with plain yoghurt if you were lucky). Coffee was ok.
Staff was mostly ok, and things were mostly clean.
The location is good, far from the city's expensive chaos, yet close to a bus station and a very beautiful park. Good and inexpensive restaurants and a nice jazz club round the corner.. .

Excellent hotel for the local Park Run. The location was excellent for the local Park Run in the nearby Caffarella Park, and fantastic value for money. It was a bit noisy in the mornings as we could hear cleaners in the corridors and neighbouring rooms.

Like coming home. It wasn't my first stay here and that's because I love it. Simple, clean, friendly, spacious, feels like home.. I suppose if I HAD to have a complaint it would be the small bathroom. But I only say that because I'm being asked for a negative. Last time I had a room with a bath and preferred that to a small shower. But all impeccably clean, neat, functional and great..

Disappointing. Pizza and boxes left behind from previous guests, bedding had dirt stains, bed hard and uncomfortable with large sink in the middle. Given it is a 3 star I did not expect the world, however basic cleanliness and clearing out food from past guests is a basic requirement. . .

Exceptional. Family business, incredible attention to details. Feels like it's a big family, from the staff to the owners. We were very happy about the area, close to the metro , supermarkets, restaurants. Strongly recommend to everyone. FYI right across there is one of the best parks in Rome.. nothing to complain about ..
