Overall a very positive experience.. It's an old building but well taken care of, the rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The location is great. Very good continental breakfast. Amazing staff, very attentive, helpful, and kind. A pleasant 30-minute walk to the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and other must-see places.. As an old building, the rooms only have 2 electrical outlets, so bring something where multiple devices can be plugged in at the same time, or just take turns. One detail is that the cleaning service never refilled the hand soap in the bathroom..

Best Hotel. Hotel Milani exceeded all expectations during our stay in Rome! The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of iconic landmarks and vibrant piazzas. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, with a balcony offering stunning views. The staff were outstanding—always warm, professional, and eager to assist. Exceptional. The location of the hotel was incredible. Just 5 minutes walk from Tremni Station and not far from all the sites. The staff were great, especially the reception staff. I think the girl who checked us in was Frederika, she was so helpful and extremely pleasant as was all the reception staff. The breakfast was nice, and the rooms were spotless with the beds made every day, and the room cleaned.. The decor in the hotel is a little bit dated but I think maybe that's more of an Italian hotel thing. It's not the best lighting in the room, but everything else outweighed that one complaint..

Pleasant. All members of staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was a standard buffet and well organised (but you have to register for a breakfast slot the evening before). If you are looking for somewhere close to the train station, the location is good.. Our first room on the top floor had considerable problems with ventilation and mould (bathroom) that left an unpleasant smell in the room. We were moved to a different room on the second floor afterwards which did not have these issues. But, like the first room, it seemed to have little sound insulation. We could hear the neighbours a lot (using the key card to get in, sneezing, using the bathroom, running the faucet, etc). It is an older building, so sound also echoes throughout the staircase from other floors. The pillows also seemed a bit old and worn..

Great hotel in great location. Excellent location; 3 minute walk from Termini station (direct access to/from the airport and metro lines). The neighborhood is not graphic, but it's central and safe. In my opinion, it's far better to stay near metro/train and then go anywhere you want fast and easy. Also, many popular and graphic locations involve stone paved roads which make it difficult for strollers and luggage with wheels, so again, it's better to stay in a location which is easy to carry your luggage to the hotel. Great breakfast, kind and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room, with ideal temperature. We are a family of 4 and booked a triple room and in our most pleasant surprise it was a two-room, which was super spacious and comfy. Would definitely choose this hotel again!. .

Amazing hotel. I loved the location, breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel. It was very close to Termini. The staff was friendly and polite. The welcome was great. I would always want to stay at this hotel when I go to Rome. Very amazing and beautiful hotel.. .

We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome in transit 😌. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.. Nothing - once we got the correct room everything was great 😌.
