Value for money is good. Staff is friendly, hotel and room were very clear.

The area of the hotel - it seems like no - it’s safe on the night.. Outside the hotel is dirty an unkempt but it’s a characteristic of the area
Room are very small, you can hear noises from outside and from other rooms..

Great place. It was 5 off us in one room and it still feels spacious. Beds ware super comfortable. They changed our towels and sheets on the third day. Staff was really nice and helpful. Location was about 15 min walk from all the attractions. For the price hotel was amazing.. Don't have anything to complain..

Positive feelings in overall. All was in range of our expectation during booking and in according with plans for short stay in Istanbul. The stuff was very polite and friendly. They all were so supportive with our luggage to store at our early arrival and late PM departure. The location is in bazar style traditional here environment but street is calm at night. 10-15 min approach to public transportation by walk and healthy 30 min to Sultanahmet.. 1-2 compact stools would be good to have for longer stay. Breakfast is good enough but would recommend to adjust duration within 10:00 as with current 07:30-10:30 range there is a risk that a few high-calorie meals will end after 09;30

Superb. New hotel with great location, about 1.5km from Hipodrom square, Hagia Sofia and The blue mosque. If you go there with car, there are garages nearby, as the hotel doesn't have parking lot.. .

Think twice and be prepared for some inconveniences. The room was big.. We received a room with previous guests trash still in trashcans and a dirty toilet, which we cleaned by ourselves from some ***stripes. No problem the room was big and comfortable. There were some ants in the bathroom and the room was cleaned only once in our 4 nights stay. We had to go ask toilet paper from the reception couple of times.
The breakfast was 7.30-10.30 but don't expect to have breakfast after 9 to 9.30, it will not be refilled. They will just tell you there's no more. So if you want anything to eat, be there early or hope there's no other guests in the hotel. We ended up buying some breakfast and instant coffee to our room from a local shop because you never knew if there were even coffee left at the hotel breakfast.
The location is quite near the attractions, we did not mind climbing the hills but I would not reccomend if you are not ready to do some hiking. I also kind of liked the chaotic market street atmosphere. But that's not for everyone.
