Fabulous Hotel, highly recommended 👌 . What can I say, I was a little apprehensive booking as we normally stay in 5* hotels, but the Rayelin was just amazing. From the staff on front desk - Azat, Mustafa and Isabel with the lovely Safa the porter to the Housekeeping staff Amina and her team to the Breakfast team Sima and team to the Moda staff Elif and team, just pure soles, always willing to help with a smile. This is a very new hotel and you can tell. Extremely clean and smells lovely! Housekeeping was done on time daily with sheets changed and hoover every other day. The hotel location is very central with access to Grand Bazaar at a short walk and going to other areas in taxi. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the vercinaty. Even though Rayelin is situated on a main road, we were never disturbed from the traffic. Calling cabs we would use Uber(highly recommend) otherwise you will pay double/triple fare. To be able to get a taxi you do need to cross over the road to Nila Shoes and pick Uber from there as the traffic is quite busy and can take quite a while. Breakfast is great with lots to offer from omelette to fried egg, mix of warm food option's changed Daily. Swimming and Spa access all included in the price. Swimming pool is outstanding, a little cold but soon get used to it. Sauna and steam room fab! Great showers and locker access with code. Moda food is very reasonable and the chai and baklava to die for. Family of 4 stayed 10 days, we didnt want to leave, we WILL be back soon. . .

Excelent!. Nice and professional staff. The room was as described in the app. Hammam and massage was very relaxing, we had acces to the sauna and the pool. We enjoyed very much to stay at this hotel.. N/A.

Would choose this hotel again without hesitation.. Good breakfast. Cozy and comfortable room. Perfect location, walking distance from all major attractions.. .

Exceptional. The location of the hotel is excellent, just 10 minute walk from the Grand Bazar :) . The staff is very helpful and well trained. The rooms are very big and very clean. The spa also is amazing and clean. I really recommend this hotel and definitely will be back again.. .

Good place to stay except the wifi connection. The hotel amenities were as described and as seen on the photos. Staff are helpful. Close to lots of dining and other things but a good walk from most of the tourist spots like hagia sophia.. The wifi is almost non existent in our room. It works well in the hotel lobby. I think they have dead spots for the signal and they need to work on this. If you are someone that needs to work and need a stable connection, unless this is fixed, I would probably pick a different place.

Rainfall Showerhead / Balcony ❤️. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in - absolutely speechless. Pure class with the most luxurious spa and breakfast facility I have ever seen. Everything has been excellent from start to finish! Istanbul has my heart because of this hotel ❤️ The best rainfall showerhead you will find and an even stronger power shower included. Beds are very comfortable and can get an easy night's sleep. My room came with a walk out balcony, which was brilliant too.. .
