. Nothing. The worst hotel ever.. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived in Istanbul late at night, tired after a long trip. The staff gave us a room in the basement, which was dark and uncomfortable. Right after that, they offered to show us a “better room” if we paid extra. It really felt like they gave us the worst room on purpose to make us pay more. Unfortunately, since it was already very late, my wife and I had no choice but to stay for one night. The next morning, we left and moved to another hotel just across the street — it was newer, cleaner, cheaper, and the staff were much kinder and more professional. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone..

Superb. I have stayed before in that hotel and I liked an experience. I booked deluxe room with a balcony on the upper floor. Jacuzzi is a big plus, especially if you are traveling in winter. There is no elevator, but I don’t count it as a minus, as it is not a problem for me and I knew it before I made a booking. The quality and price are excellent.. .

From the first day, our stay has been unacceptable. We were given rooms on different floors despite booking together, bo. Nothing. First of all, even though we booked the rooms together, the hotel assigned us two separate rooms — one on the ground floor and the other on the third floor — which caused our family to be split up. Both rooms smell strongly of dampness, and the jacuzzi in one of the rooms does not work properly. We did not even turn on the water, yet it leaks constantly, flooding the tiled floor. The water collects in one corner of the room and spreads everywhere when walking. Only on the fourth day were they able to get hold of a plumber. The hotel is located right next to a very busy main road with heavy traffic noise from 7 a.m. until midnight, and there is also a train line running beside the hotel, adding even more noise. On top of that, the hotel staff sit directly under our window smoking, and since we are on the ground floor, all the cigarette smoke enters our room. The staff also talk loudly on the phone with the speaker on in the so-called “reception,” which is just two meters away from our room, often until 1 a.m. We even had to go out and ask them to be quiet because my father is ill and unable to sleep due to the noise. The sound insulation in the rooms is completely nonexistent — we can hear everything from outside and from other rooms: people coughing, using the toilet, watching TV, and even running their jacuzzi. To make matters even worse, we discovered cockroaches in the room, which is absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel that charges this amount of money. The rooms and bathrooms look nothing like the pictures shown on Booking.com. It was also stated that parking was available, but that is not true. When we asked about parking, the staff told us to park on the sidewalk, which is illegal. The hotel has even removed the public barrier stones to allow cars to drive onto the pavement. We have video and photo documentation of everything mentioned above..

Decent for the price. Location was good. Bed was a bit too soft for me.

Best hotel and staff ever. Yusuf and Sahin were gentle and helpful, they welcome us and they brought our laguagge upstairs. They help us to find good local place to visit and very good local place to have lunch and dinner! Thank you guys you make our holiday even better!. .

. Pesimo. Tenia reserva para 2 noches pero después de la primera me fui, horrible experiencia, muy sucio todo, demasiado pequeño, no funcionaba nada de lo que llevaba instalado, las ventanas son tan finas que parece que estes en la calle, sin cortinas ni persianas ya por no hablar del ruido, a las 4 de la mañana gente gritando y hablando a voces dentro del hotel, nos han colgado la carpa de un mercadillo justo en las rejas de nuestra ventana, y cuando me he quejado a recepción me han dicho que no pueden hacer nada, para colmo al querer irnos hemos estado esperando un buen rato porque mientras estabamos ahi con las maletas y las mochilas el se ha puesto a desayunar tranquilamente sin preguntar..

. Room was nice and clean and staff was nice. Lots of trade on the tiny streets next to hotel and area was very lively - not everyone will like it.. .
