Highly unprofessional and uncourteous staff. The staff is very unprofessional. I had pre-booked a room with king size bed with breakfast included. Upon reaching the hotel, they told me that all rooms with king size bed are sold out (pl note I had pre-booked) and so allocated me a room with two single beds (I was traveling alone). Moreover, they refused to offer breakfast saying that it's not included in my booking. When I presented my confirmation email, hotel advised me to get in touch with my company (in this case hotels.com) and refused to accept what hotels.com has committed. .

Geniş konfrolu oda. Standart oda rez yapmamıza rağmen oda şehir oteli için fazla genişti, konforlu ve güzeldi çok memnun kaldık. Odada banyo kitlerinden terlik ve sabın vb haricinde bir şey yoktu eksik olarak görüyorum kulak çubuğu pamuk vs olmalıydı.
Kahvaltı çoknstandarttı ama yeterliydi ne eksik ne fazla. Memnun kaldık. .
