Comfy. . Alot of noise because its right next to a club / bar.. but it’s just the way it is in this location! if you want peace and quiet you need to book in another neighborhood.

Agréable. Hôtel très accueillant avec un personnel exceptionnel. Le responsable a été extrêmement gentil et serviable. Il nous a beaucoup aidés en acceptant de garder nos bagages avant notre départ pour Trabzon, ce qui nous a grandement facilité le séjour. Comme notre chambre n’était pas encore prête à notre arrivée, on nous a gentiment proposé une autre chambre, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. De plus, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche de tout. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement. Rien.

Amazing staff and great location within Taksim / Istiklal. The location is just at Taksim / Istiklal. We stayed here twice for our trip in Istanbul. The staff were great and very helpful too. Special shout out to Zerevan and Ali. Did not manage to get the rest of the staff names. But nevertheless all of them are just amazing. You can also walk to Havabus Taksim and turn the left after exit from hotel is where Istiklal will be. They also help to keep our luggage safely.. Just slight mould in the washroom.

Уютно. Комфортно.. Услужливый, внимательный, ответственный персонал. Чистота в лобби и номере. Отличное расположение.. Был слышен скрип кровати на верхнем этаже..

Hotel carino per pochi giorni, personale gentile, ma pulizia, odori e comfort non adatti a soggiorni lunghi, soprattutto. Mi è piaciuto che l’hotel fosse comodo e in una posizione molto centrale, vicino a tutto. Durante il mio soggiorno non ho avuto grossi problemi. La camera era abbastanza grande e confortevole. Ovviamente non è identica alle foto, ma nel complesso era vivibile e comoda per dormire.. Viaggiavo con un bambino e purtroppo non mi è piaciuta affatto la presenza di una porta di emergenza dentro la camera, che dovevo controllare continuamente per evitare che mia figlia la aprisse. Inoltre, si è fatta male alla gamba sulle scale vicine alla stanza. La vista dava sui vetri dei vicini e sulle scale di emergenza, quindi tenevo sempre le tende chiuse: mi sentivo un po’ come in prigione, senza luce naturale. Il bagno era pulito, però durante la doccia usciva sporco nero dal pavimento, cosa molto sgradevole per una persona attenta all’igiene come me. Come decorazione, nella mia camera mancavano diverse cose rispetto ad altre camere dello stesso hotel. I miei parenti avevano prenotato nello stesso albergo e le loro stanze erano meglio arredate. Nella mia camera: • le pareti erano vuote, senza quadri o decorazioni • il bollitore (bollitore per acqua) non funzionava • mancavano alcuni dettagli di base nell’arredamento Tutto questo dava alla stanza un aspetto triste e poco curato, soprattutto dopo aver visto le altre camere dell’hotel, che erano decisamente migliori. L’hotel è molto piccolo e alla reception, in certi momenti, c’era un odore molto cattivo e fastidioso, soprattutto quando rientravamo. Un hotel dovrebbe avere sempre un profumo gradevole all’ingresso. Le cuscinate non erano comode e diverse tra loro. Purtroppo ho seguito un commento positivo letto online, ma me ne sono pentita..
