Comfortable and cozy experience definitely worth the money. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the view from our room. The cleaning service was excellent every time. We didn’t have duvet at our room, but staff provided it for us at request.. The condition of the room was a bit “tired”. The rooms definitely need some refreshing. Something was broken, something was stained. The fridge was not working in our room, but we didn’t need it and didn’t ask to fix that, so I can’t say if this an unsolvable problem. The noise from the outside was not the problem for us. We slept with closed windows and working AC, so it was pretty quiet..

There are lots of things which we didn’t like.First of all they have 5 floors when we arrived there they said lift is no. Location is good nearby Istiklal street. There are lots of things which we didn’t like.First of all they have 5 floors when we arrived there they said lift is not working we need to use stairs to go upstairs with luggage.No one is there to help us .Room was big quit but cleaning was not on standard.Toilets are not properly cleaned .bedsheets was not properly cleaned.They didn’t put duvet cover on Duvet.They have small mosquitoes in room and toilet .In Hotel they have only one iron everyone are using same iron.when we need to iron the clothes we have to ask them .In booking Facilities they have toiletries in list but they don’t provide. FRONT OF Hotel they have one cafe whole night they play live music we can’t sleep properly because there windows are not sound proof.we stay there 5 days every day they said they are fixing lift but they are not bothering.Stairs was so scary even there is no light in stairs area.Floors are not good.if some one walk upstairs you can easily hear voices which disturb sleep.i want to give them 1 star only because of location otherwise i recommend don’t stay there.we went for holidays for relax but this hotel not worth of it even we can’t sleep properly..

Agréable. Hôtel très accueillant avec un personnel exceptionnel. Le responsable a été extrêmement gentil et serviable. Il nous a beaucoup aidés en acceptant de garder nos bagages avant notre départ pour Trabzon, ce qui nous a grandement facilité le séjour. Comme notre chambre n’était pas encore prête à notre arrivée, on nous a gentiment proposé une autre chambre, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. De plus, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche de tout. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement. Rien.

Great stay, excellent staff - will book again!. The rooms were very clean, new and comfortable. Booked a room for 3 people and it was very spacious. The hotel staff member was really nice and helped us arrange our transport, and even helped with the luggage.. The location of the hotel is great, however, the restaurant in front of it has live singing till 3am around 3-4 days a week. It’s really disturbing and if you’re a light sleeper or want a quiter place, then this may not be for you. Lift was very tiny but the stairs are fine especially for the first two floors.
