Worthy people in the right place. We spent three wonderful nights at a very nice hotel. It was clean, decent, and met high service standards.
I must highlight the reception and breakfast staff, who were truly friendly, helpful, sweet, and always smiling.

Okay. It is very nicely decorated, the staff was nice, the location is perfect.. In the bathroom there was a bit of mold and it could’ve been a bit more clean, it wasn’t detailed..

Fantastic stay and in the heart of Istanbul j. The customer service is second to none. Thank you for welcoming me beautifully. I felt so at home from the moment I entered. I was given tea and assisted with my luggage. The people who work at the hotel are so sweet aand respectful. The rooms are super clean and beautiful. I wish I could of stayed longer. What a wonderful place.. Some things inside the rooms are very old and weak. So I think they need maintenance. Apart from that. All good..
