. The receptionist, Burhan, did an excellent job helping us decide where to go and how to get to various places during our stay at Carina Hold Hotel. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. We loved having breakfast at the hotel, as the variety on the menu exceeded our expectations. I will definitely choose Carina Hold Hotel again for future stays.. .

Housekeeper non reliable at all!. We went there for few days… location perfect and pretty rooms. Good breakfast too. Unfortunately someone stole something from our room. This never happened before in all many journeys all around the world. Even if we asked to reception to investigate on this matter, they didn’t support us at all. I think this is not good at all!. .

Great hotel with brilliant staff. Currently staying here. I would wholeheartedly echo the details from recent positive reviews. Staff great. Room clean. Location great. Breakfast good. Road noise is not ideal for sleep but my room is on the first floor facing the road…. So I’ve kept window closed when sleeping and that has resolved my issue. .

Good value/great location. Location is great! The rooms were a good value. A/C, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Our mattress was on the firm side, pillows could be better. The hotel caters mostly to a national clientele and other than at the front desk, communication with the staff can be interesting. They are very nice though. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend it as a good value hotel.. .
