Nice staff, nice facilities and a great location.. Everything was perfect! The staff was great and the room was super suitable for my needs. Excelent price and Excelent location. Highly recomended.. Comunication with the desk was a bit confusing at first. But I had no problem at all..

Amazing location, great value for money, great restaurants in the location.. The location was amazing, it was like 5 minutes walking into the Vatican City. The hotel was really easy to access and also the main street where it is located was not disruptive, as the windows of the rooms are located towards the inner block.. The only thing that I'd highlight of the things of improvement would be to review the bathroom. I'd raise specifically the power of the shower stream, which was super low and slow, meaning that to shower it would take a lot of time for the water to heat up and also the stream was slow..

It was perfect!. Nice area ,friendly stuff, easily to walk and get to the many historical monuments and museums. Thank you for the very comfort accomodation!. I really don't know what was that we didn't like!.

Poor. The room had nothing to do witjh the pictures in the app. The entire building smelled of mold. On the second day of our stay there was no hot water in the shower. It is not a hotel, just some rooms in a building.. .

Would not return, the only nice thing was that the bed was comfortable.. Okay space and nice location. Had to wait for half an hour to wait for the check in person to come while I communicated my arrival time. Multiple facilities were not functioning the way it was supposed to (loose toilet seat, shower immediately got drained, black stains on the wall, couldn't lock door, very noisy building (could hear the wake up alarms from our neighbor)..

5 days in Rome. Location was great, comfortable and clean stay. Secure room. Fridge in the room was useful. We would stay again. Warm room!. Shower head broken and large shower not in use. No kettle but an espresso machine did the hot water..

Great location to visit Rome, good value. The location is excellent, near the Vatican, shops, restaurants and a ten minute walk to the Metro. Staff was very friendly.. Just a few minor things that could be improved: the water easily comes out of the shower on to the bathroom floor, nowhere to hang the towels as the bar was broken, nowhere space for toiletries..
