Art room. Wry friendly staff,very art room ,and in the top of centre taksim Very clean room and all hotel Breakfast is fantastic it’s have topical turk food and European breakfast. .

. The room design is really special with the drawing and the glass bathroom. The amenities within the room from fridge to phone to coffee machine are really nice and rarely available in most hotels. The staff are very friendly. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is the fact that our taxi driver dropped us at a different point since the side roads from Taksim are hard to get to but this rule stands for everything within Taksim.. .

A mediocre hotel in the heart of istiklal. The public hotel is located at the center of the istiklal street in a tight alley. Hotel has a unique and interesting interior design. Rooms are situated in 2 blocks which one has the alley view and one block has the hotel backside view. The personnel were kind and helpful enough. Hotel doesn’t have the laundry service. Breakfast was ok considering the 4 star hotel. Standard double rooms were relatively small and vanity was located next to the bed outside the toilet area. Last floor (5th floor) rooms were attic roof rooms with low ceilings which can be troublesome for some. These rooms have balcony with distant view of sea. Cleanliness of the hotel was so so, our first room toilet was not clean and as we informed the receptionist, he stated that room service is not active till tomorrow! It is of note that the signs of wears and tears were visible in every corner of the room. On our second night, our rooms electrical system was jammed which resulted in a delayed room change.. .

. The day before arriving they switch our rooms to a building down the street with no lobby. They said the rooms we had booked had no windows, so while the new rooms had a window with a decent view, we were no longer in the hotel and had no lobby or facilities.. .

Beautiful Boitique Hotel - Perfect Location. Beautiful Boutique Hotel in the most amazing location. Just off the main shopping street in Taksim - The best location for Istanbul! The hotel has some really stunning art and decor. The rooms are small but the space well used and perfect if you book a room with a balcony. Highly recommended!. .

Memorable stay. Prime location with easy access to all over the city. Rooms are very smart, comfy beds and felt very clean. Staff are amazing and upgraded our room on arrival as we realised we didn’t have any windows in our room! Very helpful with recommendations - overall, a brilliant stay!. .

Not satisfied. Nice beautiful Hotel with great location but also several problems; Air condition was not working, Safe Box battery case was Broken and we couldn’t trust it, Showers door was not sealed properly. The Standard room was uncomfortably small. .

Great location . It was everything we were looking for. The staff was professional and helpful with everything thing we needed. They spoke very good English. The rooms are clean, with a very cool sense of style. The top floor has a wonderful view across the city to the Bosphorus as well. The location can’t be beat. I highly recommend it.. .

Too noisy - bring ear plugs . Pros: Friendly staff Conveniently located for shopping areas Safe in room Industrial design Cons: Night club nearby with thumping music past 5 am Shower head needs descale and proper clean Rooms a little tired needs a face lift Breakfast verging on poor and whilst lots of options poor quality food let's it down. .
