Odaları çok geniş ve ferah çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü en önemlisi de otelin müsaitlik durumuna bakılmadan başka ilden geldiğimiz için chekin saatini öne almak için büyük çaba sarfettikleri için tüm personele teşekkür ediyoruz ayrıca otel konum olarak metro başta olmak üzere çok kolay en kısa zamanda tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz . .

No proper restaurants/cafes with English menu in the walking distance. We booked a room for 4 people but only had 2 bath towels, asked at reception for 2 more and were told No with no explanation. A few small shops around to ger grocery bits if needed.. .

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend staying for an extended period. The breakfast, which costs $20, was disappointing and not worth the price. Additionally, the hotel is located in an area that I did not like—it was quite smoky and not pleasant. Overall, while the team was nice, the location and breakfast were major drawbacks.

Hi the hotel it self is nice and big but there is was a few issues like toiletries wasn't checked weather its finished or not, bed sheets wasn't changed though out my 7 days stay, there was no kettle in my room which I got 2 days after,one or two stuff speak a little English the funny thing happened the day before my checkout hotel owner knocked the door and i asked me to pack your stuff in 5 minutes you need to go to onwner different hotel i said why all i understood was government the rest Allah knows what was the reason behind it.. .
