Lovely stay. They are really kind and helpful. Almost everything you might be needed was avaliable in the room (even earplugs). You can easily access everywhere in Rome. The tram stop is just in front of the building. However, we preferred to walk everywhere and almost all the landmarks are in the walkable zone.. For us, the bed was not comfortable (it was too soft). However, that's a personal preference..

Location is good for Trastevere area, nice on an evening. Unfortunately the shower wasn’t very warm, this wouldn’t be an issue in the summer but in November a warm shower was needed!.

Our stay was adequate because of the staff, but not comfortable enough to book again.. Although I thought this property was going to be a hotel and not more like a B &B, it gave us the experience of old Rome.. There was mold in our room which was a big disappointment. It was being addressed on the second day of our stay, but had we known it existed, we wouldn’t have chosen to stay..

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay in a good location of Rome.. Very easy check in. Comfortable and clean room with en suite.. Noise from the street and other tenants can get loud at times. No smart TV..
