On the whole, very good hotel! Recommended!. Staff were very hospitable and helpful, especially Kerim! Great location and good value for money.. Water system little problematic as sometimes only "very" hot water would come out without any cold water. Also, the air conditioning was a little issue as the heating had gone up tremendously at night even though the temperature was set to 16°C..

Very good. It is a very decent 3-star (if rated objectively) hotel, with very nice and helpful staff - they allowed my colleague to stay with me on last day at no extra cost, even I marked that I will be only one person in the double room. Beds are comfy, location is great - 2 minutes to the Taksim square. The room was clean, free water, tea and instant coffee provided.. On the stairs and in the hall it is smelling not very good, due to cats probably leaving near the hotel and probably entering this space (I am a cat lover and it was not a big problem for me, but for other people this can be an issue). They do not serve real coffee at the breakfast, just instant one 3 in one, which for me was an issue..

Day 2 late breakfast
On Day 1 when asked about dental kit got it and on Day 2 and Day 3 receptionist said (not the day 1 receptionist) that we don't offer this
Basic things were missing throughout the saty I.e Tissues
Not sure how hotel gained the rating on booking.com.

Nice location, very friendly staff and I hope they will announce before the open buffet is canceled. I liked the position of the hotel, that was clean and had a very nice staff!. I did not like that because of Ramadan thay did not have an open buffet as they mentioned on booking. In those days the food they served was just a little and the same each day, till the 5th day when they had an open buffet which was fine.
I also did not like that in the place where was served the breakfast was kind of cold..

Recommended!. They location was excellent. The staff was extraordinary, and the room had a view of the city, a large terrace and a huge jaccuzi bath. Savci was incredible and arranged all our tourist outings.. .
