I would not stay here again, but it was an ok hotel. For the price, i would look for something else.. Proximity to Gare Du Nord was convenient for the airport. I liked the balcony, even though it was too small to use, it was nice. Nespresso machine was good.. Bed was terrible. Very small (MUCH smaller than a regular twin bed) and if you did not lay exactly in the center of the bed, or if you rolled over, it felt like you would roll out. The bathroom had a glass window and door. Unless you want to see your roommate using the bathroom or shower, i would not recommend for friends. The room was quite small. The shower only had cold water one morning. The staff were nice except for the man who checked us in. It really gave us a negative impression of the hotel due to his attitude. Of the 15 or so times i have been to Paris, this was the only person who I can say was unpleasant and condescending. But the woman and other man who greeted us during our stay were perfectly nice and friendly..

Great stay lovely hotel. Lovely hotel and staff were friendly helpful and welcoming I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The area is close to the Gare du Nord station which is convenient for travelling back to London, although the actual area is very busy so bear that in mind.. .

Nice accommodations right across the street from Gare du Nord. The hotel is very nice and the room looks like it has been updated recently. The room was small, but the shower was great. It is directly across the street from Gare du Nord, which makes it very convenient for train travel or to get to the airport via the train.. The air conditioning did not work properly and I had to open the window at night as the room got way too hot. The area surrounding Gare du Nord is not the best or the nicest, but the hotel is an oasis in this area..

Expectations failed. Upgrade was not given.. The location is conveniently just across the street from Gare de Lyon.. We were supposed to get a free room upgrade because of our Booking Genius level but the hotel assigned us the standard room. The airconditioning was not working well and so we had to open the windows to let in air but unfortunately because the hotel gave us a room on a low level, the outside noise of cars and passersby was a challenge. Also, not all rooms get the nice balcony. We were given a very small balcony (if we may call it that). We feel that this is false advertising..

excellent location, good value for money, staff were brilliant. Breakfast was OK, coffee very good.. .

Just if you are running out of options.... Really close to Gare d Nord.. My room was super small, with a constant noise like a AC machine on, but without any ac running. By the way, there's no AC and the room was uncomfortably warm... Questioned, the staff said that they couldn't do anything about the warm room or the AC. disappointing taking in consideration the price..

Excellent hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well comfortable and clean. Located opposite the Gare du Nord made it easy to hop on and off the Metro.. .
