Deniz Hotel. I stay at the Deniz Hotel in October 2019, it was a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were amazing, and very accommodating. Being next to a harbour, I had to give allowances for the bugs that kept appearing in my room, but the staff always came to my rescue.
The restaurant at the top of the hotel serves amazing food and again the service is good and prices were very reasonable.
I would only recommend this hotel for a short stay, however, there isn’t much in the the way of facilities. I needed to iron my dress and the staff were very accommodating and allowed me in the laundry room to do so. . .

Only if you are desperate . I didn’t stay here by choice, it was part of a package i had with arenamed hair clinic.
We was a couple, they gave us a tiny room, the moment i walked into the room, i asked for a bigger room and they did say that this is the biggest they have when clearly in pictures online they have bigger rooms or the pictures are fake.
We were told the room has a sea view lol, instead the view is a garbage bin, bus station and a busy main road. Very noisy if u want to open the window.
The Room in general was below average, not clean at all, very old furniture and the bathroom was bad. I have stayed in way better 3 star hotels before, this is more like a 1-2 star.
There isnt a do not disturb sign, so the hotel cleaning staff can just walk in anytime into ur room to clean, as we left our room a few times to come back to see it was cleaned while we wasnt there.
The restraunt is not great but not terrible :)) i did have to send the food back.
Overall the hotel is pretty old and could do with some renovations. Location wise its okay, u have everything nearby and its a 5-10 min walk to the ferry to cross over to the european side.kadikoy in general is a nice area, lots of hiddens gems and cool cafes/bars in and around the bull statue roundabout.
The Aircon works fine, wifi is great, but apart from that i would avoid this hotel as u have much better options in istanbul for this the same price.. .
