hotel is full after receiving confirmation !!!!!! . i received confirmation from hotels. com for my reservation, several hours before i arrive i requested a shuttle service from the airport and never got a respond from the the hotel itself.
i arrived after midnight and did not fined a shuttle. i called the hotel and they said the hotel is full ! what hotel is full and i got confirmation number!!! after few minutes they said they will make for me reservation at another hotel, i have to accept because i was exhausted and i have another flight at 7am. the new hotel name is fly and stay which is cheaper than this hotel. and they send me the shuttle.
i went to the hotel and left at 5 am just slept few hours.
i really dont know how hotels com confirm my reservation while the hotel was full...

. Bathroom was dirty, there were dried yellow spots on the toilet seat. There were no hand or bath towels. Worst part is, I saw three bed bugs on the bed sheet, killed two of them one run away. . .

2. There was no hot water in my bathroom, it was not fixed as well.
3. The rooms are very small and as a matter of fact I could hear the sound from another room. So there is no privacy at all.

. This is truly the best IST airport I’ve stayed at, when you consider the value you realize. Paid around $30 with taxes for a double room with free water and snacks. The front desk staff is extremely pleasant and welcoming. Met me at the curb to get my bag and then ran it upstairs for me. The room was spotless and looked to be quite new with zero wear and tear. Bed lines were great quality. Nice smart TV and the bathroom was well stocked. I really enjoyed staying here, even if only for 8 hours. If you need a room near the airport look no further. . .
