Great value. Our stay was brief but pleasant. A 15 minute drive from the airport, comfortable beds and a good pillow, clean/modern bathroom, and quiet. A great place to rest up after a long flight. . .

. The hotel is in a residential area with giant hydro lines beside the hotel, garbage bin across the street full and heaping over (smells terrible). There was debris and construction items everywhere. The stairs to check-in are black granite and extremely slippery, no accessibility for mobility challenges. When checking-in you have to walk behind the front desk to take the door behind it to the hallways and elevator to the rooms. This is a really awkward/odd layout. The room had one double bed and two twins. The bathroom was very nice. No face cloths. The soap and shampoo dispensers dispensed very nice smelling products. There were two patio doors however, when opened you could really smell the stench of the giant garbage bin overflowing out front In the heat (smelt soooo bad). The power was not on in our room when we arrived so, it was extremely hot. The fridge was not plugged in so, had to go on hands and knees trying to find an outlet. When closing the door to lock it, there wasn’t a backing to the lock so, it would continuously make a beeping noise non-stop if, we locked the door. Could not figure out the television. The sheet is folded and at the bottom of your bed, not placed on the bed - odd. The road out front is extremely busy with constant honking and vehicles driving by playing very loud music and, constant honking. In the middle of the night someone entered our room and my dad screamed and they left immediately and then front desk called. . .

. Nice staff, they were so welcoming and they made my stay hassle-free, the property was under construction a lot of dirt around . .

hotel is full after receiving confirmation !!!!!! . i received confirmation from hotels. com for my reservation, several hours before i arrive i requested a shuttle service from the airport and never got a respond from the the hotel itself. i arrived after midnight and did not fined a shuttle. i called the hotel and they said the hotel is full ! what hotel is full and i got confirmation number!!! after few minutes they said they will make for me reservation at another hotel, i have to accept because i was exhausted and i have another flight at 7am. the new hotel name is fly and stay which is cheaper than this hotel. and they send me the shuttle. i went to the hotel and left at 5 am just slept few hours. i really dont know how hotels com confirm my reservation while the hotel was full... . .

. The staffs are great but property is not finished yet, and still under construction. That was weard to accept guess. Construction Noise from early morning and dusts everywhere. . .

. I like the service of the young receptionist he was helpful. What l did not like, I used the same towels for 10 days,they never clean the room or change the bed sheets until the end of my stay.there was the lady at the reception she not friendly at all.if they can review the cleaning of the bedroom and change the bed sheet as needed that will help for the health.. .

Great option near the airport. This is a great place to stay if you need one night close to the airport to make a connection, which was our situation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was a short walk to some good restaurants. A taxi ride to the airport is only about $10.. .

. The boy who guided me to the room asked for a tip, even though he didn’t do anything special. I have a small pack that should be kept in the freezer, and I specifically asked for it to be placed there, but they put it in the refrigerator instead. There isn’t any liquid soap or a cup in the room. The room was good generally.. .
