. We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the deceptive practices of Heaven Premium Airport Hotel in Istanbul. In March 2025 we booked and paid a room for October 1, 2025 with conformation. When we arrived in Istanbul Heaven Premium Airport Hotel even send email on September 28 and October 1 to confirm the booking for Heaven Premium Airport Hotel. But when we took the hotel shuttle to the hotel instead we were taking to Lenora Airport Hotel which is significantly smaller, cheaper and without breakfast service. We talked to the person-in-charge with the Heaven Premium Airport Hotel on the phone and his responded that the hotel is overbooked and refused to provide us a room at Heaven Premium Airport Hotel . He only offered us the shuttle service to the hotel for breakfast and take us to airport.
Next day we were shuttle to the Hotel for breakfast the reception in Heaven Premium Airport refused to offer us the shuttle to the airport after we finished breakfast. So we have to take a taxi. We were very unhappy with this arrangement and felt that it was not a suitable replacement for the hotel we have originally booked .We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and mental stress caused by this experience. On October 1, 2025, we had a confirmed booking at this hotel. We received a text an hour before we arrived Istanbul that there was shuttle service to take us to the hotel. However, just 5 minutes before we arrived the hotel we received another text message that they would be transferring us to their sister hotel, Lenora AirPort Hotel, due to overbooking. Lenora AirPort Hotel is significantly smaller and cheaper, with no breakfast service. The hotel refused to provide us with a room at Heaven Premium AirPort Hotel and instead offered to take us to the original hotel for breakfast. We were very unhappy with this arrangement and felt that it was not a suitable replacement for the hotel we had originally booked. Furthermore, after breakfast, the hotel refused to provide us with a shuttle back to the airport, leaving us to take a taxi.
