Very good. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, 5 minutes walk to the pier, convenient location. The room is not soundproofed, and you can always hear people talking in other rooms when you sleep; the breakfast options are not rich.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is excellent as it is a walking area from many shopping malls , restaurants and the metro station.

Nice stay in Istanbul. Nice hotel, clean and cozy. Conveniently located near the metro station. The staff was amazing - everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was complete and very tasty.. Toilet flush wasn’t working properly, and there was a too much dust under the bed..
