It was a great stay at the hotel, with no regrets. Will come back again. I loved how helpful & attentive the staffs were to our needs. My mum had a mini surgery & needed to ice every 10 mins which we thought would have been a problem but the staffs proved us wrong, they were happy to bring us ice packs whenever it was needed. The food was tasteful aswell & their lounge comes alive at night with a great crowd & good music.. Personally, I would have loved if there was a fitness center in it or an affiliation with a close by gym.

Passable. It was clean. there is no fridge in the room, and if you have a room overlooking the restaurant it is noisy.

Apart from the water pressure issue and sudden smoke issue, everything was perfect 😊. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy.. The water pressure in the bathroom is inconsistent so I got sudden cold water every few seconds while showering. The room is a non smoking room, but there are smoke coming in around 11pm (we are not sure from where exactly) and it smelled smokey..
