Exceptional. The hotel is perfect , well located clean and spacious, I had a quiet room and slept very well, beds are comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the gym is a great plus to have. Thanks for a great stay !. .

Good value for money, friendly staff, needs improvement on the room cleaning. Small hotel near the Baglarbasi metro station with lots of local cheap restaurants nearby. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great value for money.. The room was not cleaned up all our 6-night stay and we had to ask for new towels ourselves. Air conditioning seems to automatically switch off during night/early morning hours..

Excellent and staff are super helpful!. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel was comfortable and in a good location.. Windows were a little hard to open, so it could benefit from renovation..

Exceptional. i checked into the hotel at night and it was open 24/7. The staff was very helpful and good. my room was clean and big. It was very cold in Istanbul but I didn't have any problems warming up thanks to the heater. After warming up I cooled off with air conditioning . Its location was very central . I will definitely come back again. Next time I hope the weather in Istanbul will be nice and I can stay for a long time. .

We are very satisfied. We chose this hotel in our Turkey trip for health reasons. We were really satisfied. Everyone from the receptionist to the housekeepers is friendly and energetic, the room cleaning is very good, we will choose this hotel again when we come back after 3 months, Thank you for everything!. .
