Budget class hotel, I suppose you get what you pay for. The bar area was lovely.. The location was easy enough as well as the shuttle service between Disney and the hotel although it was busy it was easy enough to get too and from. The reception staff was extremely polite and friendly however I cannot say this for the restaurant and bar staff. The bar lobby was very picturesque 💙. The room was not the greatest, air con didn’t work, no safety locks on the windows on the 2nd floor. The cleanliness of the room was not great there was stains on the carpets etc. bar staff was rude one in fact complained about myself and my 8 year old son telling us we would have to wait 5 minutes as she is busy. Restaurant staff looked like they hate there job there was no friendly faces throughout any morning of our stay..

Do not stay here!. Avoid this hotel! Gift bags stolen from our room with our belongings in and the hotel have done nothing about it Free shuttle bus to and from Disney is unsafe for young children and families with push chairs! Staff at the hotel are rude and unhelpful which doesn’t make the experience we had any better, claims they are a magic hotel but it’s nothing but a waste of money and a disappointment!. .

Disappointed. Beds were uncomfortable lack of pillows rooms are basic , plumbing not great Breakfast was awful powdered watery scrambled eggs not very child friendly no yogurts or strawberries, bananas , oranges etc . Plenty of pastries , I asked a staff member if they could maybe do a hard boiled egg for a 1 yr old they point blankly said no . Asked the day before checkout for a late check out only to be told to request on day so I did 7 am to be precise to be told no on account of room type so as a result of this we have to sit in reception for 5 hrs with an infant I’m not happy about this as their is nowhere to go round and abouts unless you want to jump on a rammed shuttle bus .. .

Good hotel, great location. Our room was spacious and newly decorated , huge bed! stunning view of lake through our window. Food a little pricey. All you can eat buffet 39euro for adult 17 euro for child No entertainment at night for kids 2 small arcades for kids Pool is fabulous and good opening times - open until 10pm Great hotel to relax after park Our Tv had English channels We ordered Uber eats most nights Bought some lovely gifts from the shop Reception staff helpful Bar staff lovely - had a nice cappuccino and cake there Shuttle bus every 20/40 mins into Disney a taxi it’s 20 euro so we did this instead of waiting I would return. Looking to book for October this year. .

Beautiful interior of hotel. Magical place indeed, loved interior. Lobby area and cocktail place was something very special. Dinner were more than nice, huge variety of food. Not only vegetables, but also fish and fruits and cheese. We were more than satisfied. Room exceed our expedition as we booked double room, but got double room with additional bunk bed what my daughter loved so much. It was her dream for ling time to sleep at second floor. Room was very well decorated, beautiful interior and very cozy. Like that hotel is eco friendly and all information is possible to find online instead of pamphlets. Hotel is situated close to Disneyland and had its own shuttle bus (also used by guests from 4 more hotels) what was main reason for our trip.. Breakfast could be better. Very simple and average. Think what we didn't like the most was huge, screaming, jelling, pushing crowds of people in the evening what were pushing each other so they could get in the buss to come back from Disneyland. Free shuttle bus what serves between Disneyland and hotel also brings guests to 4 more hotels, so definitely there should be more busses to get back to hotel..

Exceptional. Fantastic ambience, with Disney magic woven into every aspect. The convenience of the shuttle to Disney park and Railway station was certainly worth the stay. Excellent spread at breakfast. .

On arrival hotel was magical for any child. Ii hve a disability as I was Ltd to access to stairs and needed a disability room an. 1st the bathroom shower water would not drain i slipped on wet floor it took me 15mins to get myself up . I hve terminal cancer and very weak legs.i had to try soak the floor with towels and it was absolutely freezing cold. My daughter immediately got manager alerted to this health and safety issues. To our horror it wasn't checked and the manager offered us £10 deposit bck f any inconvenience caused not a doctor or ambulance. The majority of af all staff were really nice. Remember ters government taxes £50 per person extra f ur stay. And any person with a disability will hve to leave £200 deposit for ur wheelchair and if u hve a walker it's 25euro per day to be held in storage. And if u lose ur receipts we'll u dnt get bck simple as Before I left Dublin for our holidays O which cost £3,330. To £3.500 We had a lovely guy Denver who organised everything for my family. It was our last memories of a lifetime u wer absolutely brilliant so thank u so much.. .
