WORST HOTEL EVER!. We booked directly through the hotel’s website and received a confirmation email clearly stating that payment would be made upon arrival. Despite this, our reservation was cancelled without any prior warning three days before our stay. When we contacted the hotel to resolve the situation, they refused to take responsibility, demanded double the original price, and then dismissed the confirmation email by saying it was “automatic” and not written by a real person — as if that somehow invalidates a formal booking confirmation. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and treated us like we were idiots, instead of customers who were simply asking for an explanation and a fair solution. This was not just unprofessional — it was dishonest and disrespectful. I have never experienced such appalling service from a hotel in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!. .

. Hôtel très propre mais pas du tout agréable. Chambre trop petite, fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas, Clim rend malade même à faible ventilation et 3 nuits passées aucun ménage ni changement de serviette de bain. Pas de bouteille d’eau fournie. C’est bien l’écologie mais il ne faut pas abuser. Petit dej très limité en choix café filtre c’était de l’eau. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel même pour une courte durée . .

. The staffs are Not friendly! Good in putting blame to others! When complaints about something the staff always blame other staff and never want to take up any responsibility! I was forced to pay the overnight parking for Euro43! When asked the staff why, the staff responded there should be 50% discount for the hotel guest, but i was not informed. The staff goes on to blame other staff and did nothing to my complain! . .

Unsafe and unclean. Really basic hotel with a lot of issues, rooms were not clean on arrival, subsequently not cleaned for the 3 days we were there, sister in law had a large African housekeeping man walk into her room without knocking or any warning, totally unacceptable she did not feel safe for the duration of the stay, no apology or explanation offered by the hotel, ate in the restaurant they did not deliver the food ordered and they tried to charge for food not served, waited over 20mins for them to correct the bill and only managed to do so once I demanded to speak to the manager, terrible experience not safe or secure. .

température intenable . Point positif: emplacement et restaurant Chambre simple mais éfficace , chacun appréciera Point négatif : 24 degrés dans la chambre ou la fenetre ne s'ouvre pas et la clim générale est coupé ... dur a supporter. Nettoyage chambre fait un jour sur deux . Dommage. .

. Belle expérience , proximité du parc des expos et confort de la chambre. Sans compter le petit déjeuner vue sur les toits Paris !!! Un grand merci pour l’attention dans la chambre une bouteille d’eau de chez nous: l’eau neuve d’Ariège ! Merci . .
