. Nice staff. Cant comment on food as we didnt have food. Rooms are pretty basic but clean. Probably does need tea making facilities in the rooms.Walls are very thin so can hear everything in the next room. Cleanliness was good.. .

Una estafa. Cuidado.. CUIDADO. Absoluta estafa. No hay por donde empezar a describir este lugar y lo terrible que es. No llega ni a dos estrellas. Es un hitel viejo, sucio y feo sin ningún tipo de servicio. Ni un café puedes conseguir. El personal es desagradable y la zona MUY insegura (lo primero que te dice la recepcionista casi amenazando es que si dejas el coche en la calle hay robos violentos pero que el parking está lleno). Cualquier hotel menos este por favor. Vais a vivir una experiencia muy frustrante en un atrapa-guiris. No sé en qué década consiguieron las cuatro estrellas pero hace mucho que no deberían estar ahí. . .

Lovely hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent and the staff friendly. Clean Spacious rooms with two double beds. We would certainly recommend Calella Palace and will definatly return.. .

. Primero de todo llegamos a la habiatacion, suicia con manchas y con papeles por el suelo. El baño un estio... pelos y sucio y con polvo en la zona del secador [Con un cepillo o alguna cosa fina sale...]
La habitacion se suponia que tenia nevera, no tenia. Tv tuve que bajar 2 veces por que no habia mando. Me dan uno, no fuciona vuelvo abajar y me da otro. Contestacion de el Este es el mas potente veras que este si. Ha todo esto sin un disculpas o algo por el estilo...
La piscina interior muy pequeña, para la catidad de huespedes que hay.
La comida muy simple... poca variadad de platos y poco elavorados...
Y el desayuno me a desfradado muchisimo, no he visto crusanes napolitanas y bolleria mas dura nunca! Variedad habia pero lo que es las pastas fatal.
No lo recomendaria... Y volver tampoco.. .

If you use the room only to sleep not that bad.. It was not the hotel’s fault but the hotel was crowded and people seemed busy to do the basic.
Friendly but you could see the staff were tired which didn’t help.
Rooms need renovation but it was clean.. .
