Good hotel but has limitations. A good hotel with comfy beds. Their room service was not good . The phone to reception did not work . No kettle in the room. Not able to get change from front desk. Also the vending machine for snacks and drinks was empty . It’s a good ten minute walk to amenities so that was a problem . Getting extra loo paper was exhausting asking. .

Super!. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Fair for the price. Bus station is near and best caffee Chianatta-totally reccomend. Only there was bath but no bath plug. Still we wery much liked this place.. .

Good hotel. Friendly staff, very good breakfast and dinner options, at excellent prices, and the rooms are a decent size and the hotel is clean. Not much at all around the hotel within walking distance, other than a couple of cafes and restaurants. Closest bar around 15 min away. €25 to the airport and €20 to the Fira. Okay for a short business trip as the rates were much lower than other hotels. Small gym area and a small outdoor terrace. Heating worked well in the room. .
