Highly recommend for friendly service and outstanding central location!. Great boutique hotel in a fantastic location near the Spanish Steps. Everyone at the hotel friendly and helpful especially Dominico at the front desk who went out of his way when I lost my cell phone. Super central location in Rome surrounded by fabulous cafes and tons of shopping.. .

Nice hotel; good breakfast. Great hotel, nice breakfast, with upper terrace roof deck! Good location , nice service. Comfortable bed, we slept well. We were warned about pickpockets; but as native New Yorkers, we always are alert, and had no problem. Good value and nice stay.. .

Pleasant. The location was excellent. The room was small, but clean and pleasant.. The staff didn't speak very good English. They had difficulty understanding simple requests. They were out very customer oriented. The. Breakfast was only average and presented as an afterthought. And they were very few room amenities...only shampoo and batr soap..

If getting dropped off to hotel, location is nice. Place comfortable.. Location. It was a comfortable place to stay at. I thought it be a bit more on the romantic side but was a comfortable spot and one time experience to stay at. Breakfast that was included was simple (slice of ham, slice of cheese, boiled egg, oats, bread/pastries. Staff nice and spoke multiple languages, English being one of them. Location let us walk around town. Not too far from Spanish Steps, shopping and eating/drinking. If your up for walking - which your in a walking town - you can easily walk to many different spots. We enjoyed the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, quite a few Basilicas, Altare Della patria area, Roman Forum and Colosseum.. If going via car, it’s a horrible experience. One to get there using Google and apple was crazy. We thought we could drop our bags off then go to the garage as there IS NO PARKING. We tried to communicate via the message portal online and they were responding till the park about us asking about parking. So we arrived at the hotel - I don’t even know if we were supposed to drive that way as people are walking everywhere. They don’t help with the luggage and if a car is behind you then they suggest you move and come back around. So we had to leave without putting our bags down drive around and just parked at the public garage right before the hotel. We used the Android/Google phone because at the hotel when we were first attempting to check in they said to use the Google/android to find the garage. Which they made it se it was somewhere else but it was on the same street. Close to the hotel..

Location is amazing. Staff is friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable!. I will admit my stay started off rocky. About a week before my arrival I got an email asking if I needed transportation. I said yes, from the train station. I received a reply that said no need because they are 5 minutes from the train station. Great. Turns out their "sister" property is 5 minutes away and when I arrived it was a big mess for me to try to find transportation..finally waited over an hour for a taxi. The hotel literally could not care that this happened and never even replied to my email. NOW, on to the stay. The room was fairly large and had a small balcony. The bathroom was large but the shower was small but that is normal for Italy. The have an elevator. There is free continental breakfast that has assorted pastries, yogurt, bread, etc. It was a nice snack to get the day going without leaving hungry. The breakfast room was very nice. The staff at the hotel is very friendly. The AC in the room struggled to keep up and we had to make sure we kept it on all day because it would take too long to cool the room down. The hotel was ok with us doing this. One employee, Elena, was especially friendly and helpful. Her dining recommendations were spot on, with one of the restaurants she recommended having the best meal of our trip! The location of this hotel is fantastic! I cannot express to you how amazing this location is. Close to the bottom of the Spanish Steps, short walk to the Trevi fountain. Literally high end stores a few feet away. There is a Main Street a few steps away which was super convenient for taxis to pick us up. I will say for the price and location this hotel is a great choice.. .
