Very good. Easy to get to on foot from the train station. Clean comfortable and quiet. Lovely breakfast selection. I wanted to return on my way to Abruzzo, but managed to leave Fiumicino early enough to get to my final destination. .

Very good. It was exactly as described, a ‘pared down room’ but with all that was needed. It was very clean and the staff was accommodating and helped with any questions or needs I had.. It is a difficult location if you’re without a car, but that’s more reflection of my own planning and not the hotel. It was a very nice hotel. 😊.

Good. Tasty croutons at breakfast. Friendly stuff and very helpful owner. Clean, not long way from Ciampino airport, but taxi is expensive form this small distance, about 40 euros and more. Walking distance to 4 supermarkets in the same area. Very tasty pizza to take away or quick bite there. Caffe, ice cream, bakery in the same area all.. Very industrial area. Even if the train station is close (8 minutes by walking) and grocery store and caffe (10 minutes by walking), you should walk on roads, no walking place. It was challenging and difficult for me with 2 small kids..

Good for the price. Location vs. price Quiet location Hotel stuff Hotel room Near to the centre of Roma (30 mins to the main train station Roma Termini, price: 2.10€) Train station 800 metres from hotel Taxi to the airport Ciampino (be aware of the high price - for 12 km to the airport is price 45€-50€). Breakfast which was only sweet - we missed e.g. some vegetable, ham, bread, etc. Some of the guests were really noisy (but it wasnt hotel problem)..

Nice Small Family Run Hotel--Clean & Functional Premises. This Hotel is located in a small Commercial , Light Industrial area. Its about Thirty mins from Central Rome. (Tourist Areas). The Rooms are Spacious & Very Clean. The Bathroom & Shower were Excellent. The Staff are extremely Friendly & Helpfull. The two Receptionists have reasonable English. Breakfast is typical Italian. Light & more than enough to Start your day. There is a Limited number of Free Parking slots in the Enclosed & Gated front yard. Security is Good & the General area seems quiet. There are some small Shops, Cafes & Bars in a 10 min walking distance. However, everything Closes about 10pm. The Hotel does not have a Bar Licence. An Ideal & Cheap Hotel for use as a Touring or Business base in the Rome area.. .
