Superb stay and exceptional customer service!. I was greeted by an exceptionally friendly and helpful reception team. My room was on the 4th floor and I could not have wanted for or asked for more! The room had everything I could have needed, robes, slippers, Clarins personal care products, mini bar, tea, coffee, safe. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious as was the bathroom.
Every member of staff that I met during my stay were so friendly and helpful, exceptional customer service.
I can’t figure out where the bad reviews came from, as it really is a 4 star plus experience.
I stayed here for a conference, beach side and only a 10 minute walk from the venue. Central Barcelona is around a 30 minute Taxi ride.
The only thing that I felt could be improved upon in the hotel was the quality of the food served in the restaurant, it certainly wasn’t bad, but not really in keeping with the quality of everything else this Hotel has to offer.
It’s a 5 minute walk away from a large shopping centre too, handy for us ladies!. .

Superb. The accommodation and breakfast were great and I highly recommend it. Hotel is located a 10 minute walk from the metro or tram station.. The accommodation was great, but I really didn't expect that I would have to ring the reception during the day to get into the hotel building. I don't know why, but for a 4* hotel it's quite strange and unusual..

A hotel worth every penny. The hotel offers excellent features for its price. Although it may seem far from Barcelona's popular attractions, the convenient transportation options make it very easy to get around. The metro and tram stations are just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the breakfast is absolutely amazing!. .
