Perfect stay in the heart of Istanbul. This hotel was great. The room was spacious and tastefully designed. The whole place was spotless. They provided free toiletries which were changed if finished. Free daily bottle of water was again appreciated. There also was a kettle and free coffee and tea in the room. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great: a lot of choices and very tasty dishes. The position is perfect: 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia. Highly recommend staying here if planning a trip to Istanbul.. The coffee machine from the breakfast zone could be better: for people who like their coffee stronger, it is not ideal. But then again, Istanbul has all this fantastic places to have a coffee, maybe it's better this way :).

Best hotel in town. All the staff made our stay unforgettable. Especially Aydin was really kind. We had lunch once there and it was delicious. Very clean. Centrally located to all of the top tourist spots in the Old City. We stayed at the mini sute and we had a beautiful private balcony with a sitting area.. .

Great, convenient, we'll be back for more. We had a vacation with my friend for 3 nights in this hotel And we liked everything very much, caring staff, delicious breakfasts, the location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient to get anywhere in Istanbul The staff was always ready to help with any question, the rooms were cleaned every day The hotel smelled very nice at all times and the cleanliness of the hotel was on par. .

Location Location Location!. This hotel is conveniently located just minutes away from some of Istanbul's top attractions, and it's also close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. The restaurant offers a generous 20% discount, which is a wonderful bonus. Would recommend again!. The communication was very good via whatsapp. The location is great, right next to the metro and all attractions. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have a restaurant on site which is nice. Breakfast was included for us which was a plus.. .

Tutto meraviglioso!. Our trip to Istanbul has just ended with great regret. Wonderful city! We wanted to thank you for your kindness, availability and friendliness you had towards us. We were left speechless. It is the first time we have received such kind and polite treatment. We were really happy with both the cleanliness and the welcome of all the hotel staff. You made us feel at home. Congratulations to the reception guys, the waiters, the breakfast buffet guys in the morning you are really special and extraordinarily kind and friendly people. Even the receptionist wanted to lend us his Istanbul card because we didn't know where to buy it. They helped us find taxis and offered us delicious çay and delicious sauces with welcome bread during our lunches and dinners. The breakfast was vast and good, there are croissants for those who are used to having a sweet breakfast and savoury dishes. In short, there is something for everyone! The rooms were spotless, as soon as you entered the hall you smelled clean. Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. We also had dinner and lunch in your restaurant a couple of times and the food was delicious! We have never seen all this kindness and politeness. You are a truly extraordinary people!
