A great find near Villa Borghese. The attentiveness of the staff made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Termini and two blocks from Villa Borghese. The lobby is no indication of how lovely the rooms are. We look forward to visiting the Principessa Tea Hotel again soon. What an awesome find.. .

disapointing. the hotel was recently renovated--family rooms 4 people(2 adults 2 young kids) were very crowded---bathrooms big but lacking finish--no shelf near basin---beds suit a 2 star establishment--we had an early flight and needed to leave at 6.30am--NO coffee or breakfast before 7am. .
