Had a lovely stay with no problems. Staff was accommodating and friendly, especially Nassima. She is a very good represe. Great location, close to food and transit. Nice small eateries along the same block.. .

Good pricing for the location that is within walking distance to Rue Cambon, Rue St. Honore, Galery Lafayette, Opera, Place Vendome, subway/ train station. The street where the hotel is located has many eateries and a mini market. A small establishment with helpful and friendly staff. The premise looks new and clean, and most importantly it has a lift! We got the big double-bed room. So it was ok for 2 people. Plus, the toilet bowl comes with an automated bidet with a touch-sensor controller panel!!! Unable to comment about the breakfast as we didn't book one with breakfast.. The mini fridge is not cold enough. There are restaurants along the street and if patrons hang around the streets to talk and laugh at night, it can be heard from the room as the windows face the street. Also, early morning when the dumpster truck/ road cleaner ( not sure which one as I didn't go to check) came. But it was bearable and not a show-stopper for my trip there..

Fantastic hotel in a central location, extremely comfortable and very helpful staff.. The hotel is located in a great location, a short walk to the metro, bus stops, restaurants and bars and for generally walking around the city. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable (very comfortable bed) with all the facilities such as coffee machine, fridge and TV. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. We absolutely loved staying at this hotel and will certainly stay here again when we return.. Nothing..

I would recommend for friends with no children. WiFi and cleanliness, great location. We enjoyed the stay. Old chocolate which looks expired was put near coffee machine in menu items shall be removed.

‘Unaccommodating’ Reception Staff. I contacted the reception team over a month before I was due to stay to change my booking due to a change in travel plans. The team were very rude and blankly refused to entertain my request, and then proceeded to charge me full price for a room I didn’t use. Not a good experience, I will not be booking a with them in the future.. .
