not at all 4 stars. Staff barely knew english. WiFI not working, I asked and nobody solved the problem. Breakfats poor in quality and variety ( who eats 5 different kind of olives for breakfast???). Definately not suggestable. .

1 WEEK STAY. I Think all the area hotels are over rated. all 4 stars are actually 2 or 3 star. Overall stay at Bulvar Palas was good.Internet worked well. No problems with water electricity air conditioning or staff.. .
