Comfort and helpful staff. The location is great, in a safe, good place, close to Tunali. The staff was super helpful. There were a couple of hiccups, but they did their best to remediate. The internet was fast enough to hold my meetings and classes abroad. Breakfast was Ok, with a couple of bread, cheese and olive varieties, an omelet made upon order, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, hot tea, coffee, and crereal.
Rooms are spacious and well furnished. We stayed in the stuite room which had a separate living area and bedroom with a door. Both rooms had their own AC units. Living room sofa was convertable in a bed as well. But it was very firm. The beds were more on the firm side. They had different pillows to choose from.
Room had a safe, kettle free water bottle, cofee and tea to make.
Hair dryer was attached on the wall. needed to keep pressing a button to work. After each stop it didn't work for a while, it had to cool down.. For the people with long hair, I would advise to bring your own if you intend to stay long time.

Hotel staff has delivered an amazing experience. I was staying there for my wisdom teeth operation. They took care of me so well. They did trip to the pharmacy, late night room service(ice, fruits, snacks - chef’s delicious cookies and desert, tea) Staff very attentive and always smiling.
