Bad. The location was very good. The people at the reception were helpful but not professional.. The room was much smaller than it looked in the photo. One day there was no water, they said there was a water shortage in the neighborhood. One day, while I was sleeping at night, water started dripping from above. I told the reception, they couldn't find another problem at first, then I told them to look in the room upstairs. Turns out they left the water on in the upstairs room. They didn't use anything other than shampoo. We asked for soap and they gave us shampoo again..

Property rate: - Very very clean - bed was so confortable - bathroom, even tho it was small, it was more than enough - hotel’s area is very safe, you will easly reach any tourist objective either by taxi or by public transportation. - near the hotel (vis-a-vis, literally 1 meter away from hotel’s door) you will find a very good restaurant, we enjoyed kunefe(and not only) from the bottom of our hearts :) Staff rate: - Reception guy… bro is awesome, he knows english very good. If you don’t know the city, you can ask him and he will kindly response you with accurate informations that will help you explore this wonderful city.. -.

Exceptional. I booked this room for my parents. They absolutely loved this place. It was clean, the staff was friendly and it was quiet at night. They were happy that it was very close to the bus stop, restaurants, and shops.. .

Wanted a change of scenery of hotel this occasion & I loved the fact it was very local to Ortakoy mosque and accessi. Everything from location to cleanliness was 100%. Nothing!.

Exceptional. The receptionist, Hussein, was a very kind and empathetic, welcoming and funny young man. He made our stay in Turkey more enjoyable and he was very helpful with everything. We reviewed the hotel 5 stars because of his kindess and help. You could see that he tried his best making everything perfect.. The blinds in the room could be a bit thicker, at night you can see the lights from the shops across the street. Also, the windows, even if they were closed fully you could still hear people outside as if they were in the bed with us..

Exceptional. I would like to thank the staff (Omran , Hussain and akram) for amazing help and support in everything.. The hotel location near to artkoy beach is less than 1 mints walking you will reach to restaurant that selling potato and to the old masjid Very close to all shops and restaurants..near to bus station alao taxi available 24 hrs.. The value of the money is valid on this hotel ... Big thanks again the staff 🤩🤩. Nothing.
