It was a very unpleasant experience which messed the rest of our family holiday.. Location. The staff were unhelpful. Breakfast was empty everyday evening you hot there early and nothing new added. Ask the staff and no help. Showers blocked and overflowing in both rooms. Lots of noise from outside. Unhelpful staff. When you ask room service they used the same sheets unclean everyday, no fresh sheets. Marked sheets. Not worth the charge at all. Impacted whole Experience and when contacted them During and after the stay with the complains they weren’t willing to listen or help..

Great hotel and good value for money!. The hotel is itself is very good value for money. It had a premium feel and the staff treated us with great respect and were very attentive. Would recommend.. .

Comfortable , affordable , very well situated!!. Very well located!! Very close to the turist obiectiv and metro , train and buses!!. The breakfast was a bit less of option than photo!!.

Pleasant. Decent stay, staff are friendly and accommodating.. Beds not too comfortable, very noisy at night due to proximity to the road, definitely not 4/5 stars would say a decent 3 star hotel..

Pleasant. Decent hotel, price is a bit high..... Breakfast... Need to improve the breakfast. Also the A/C works only on 27 degrees which is hot..
