Air conditioning . Rooms are good , staff are great, activities are excellent. The only issue is the air-conditioning, very bad. I had 3 rooms same floor, stayed 3 nights, and it was July, so you can imagine the importance of the air-conditioning . .

. Temiz ve konforluydu, İstanbul'a yakın çok güzel bir tatildi. Havuz vs temizdi dolu olmasina rağmen kalabalığı hissetmiyorsunuz şezlong bulma derdine hiç düşmedik bu konularda sorun yaşamadık. Yemekler konseptine göre iyiydi ve çok lezzetliydi et vs kaliteli kullanıldığı belliydi. Çeşit az bulanlar olabilir ama bence çok da yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.. .

. Otel konumu çok güzel. Konaklamak keyifliydi. havuz suyu çok soğuk, bol bol yüzeriz dediğimiz havuzunu kullanamadık. Çocuklar bu nedenle eğlenemedi. . .

If you don’t know turkey language better skip this hotel. I stay in this hotel for 8 nights with my family so I can tell you the good and bad things: Bad things: 1. If you don’t speak turkey better run faster far( to Antalya ;). 2. The staff is tired, is short of isn’t prepared to deal with a 5 star service( maybe 2 stars service). 3. If you pay here( 900 turkey lira) for dinner and you wait for your turn to select the food what you want to eat. The staff will ask you and treat you like aren’t paid for this thing, they will question and you appetite will gone. 4. If you order something for the pool bar you will wait ages to be served. Just if you will remember the waiter/ waitress about your order. Of course they will be angry because you are the try to enjoy a holiday and they are working. No apology from them nothing. Rude! 5. Be careful how you pay because if you pay with the room number. You will write your name, the room number and your signature. But the paper is blank( things can be add on top) just for be sure I write myself what I ordered. 6. The fridge form my room is broken down unfortunately. 7. The outside pool is closed at 19:00 which is annoying. The indoor pool is closed at 23:00. Good things: 1. The rooms are amazing exactly how are in the pictures. We booked 3 rooms and all off the are nice. 2. The pool and the garden are clean and beautiful. Also the children area(park) is so helpful for families with children. 3. The parking is big and is so save here. 4. The cleaning room is great this definitely is a 5 star service. 5. The waiter from the bar speaks English and he is so polite and brings quickly my drink. 6. I was lucky because I find a waitress and she knows to prepare a cocktail ( mojito). Was one of the best mojito. If on the menu. .

Very nice hotel, no beach access. Huge rooms, great food. Drinks can be betterand ice should be an option. There used to be a hotel beach, but not anymore. .

. Is is highly recommended. Kitchen and property facilities are one the kind. Sea water was amazing but as for the beach the locals don't realise what they have and they don't look after at all !!! Needs a lot of looking after but it can be Awesome site!!. .
