Great stay but room for improvement.. Good location and facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff. The ability to customise the look of the room is cool. Plenty of shops nearby and transport links.. The room was exceptionally dusty (window ledge and sink area). The room was cleaned before our check in and during our stay but it was still as dusty after the mid-week clean. The sink and shower were both very slow to drain. The iPad stopped charging on day 4, we left a note for the room service to have someone fix but it never was. Whilst the design of the toilet and shower area means limited space, there is pretty much zero privacy when using the toilet or the shower due to gaps all round the door etc..

Can’t wait to return!. We had an amazing stay here - the location was perfect (a 15 minute walk from the Louvre and 20 minute journey from Gare du Nord), the staff were so friendly and I had the best night sleep ever! The bed is so comfy!. Nothing - I can’t wait to stay here my next time in Paris.
