Good. We only stayed the night to catch our train the next morning. The room was basic but spacious & clean. Short walk from the main station. Staff communicated via Whatsapp for self-check in procedures, everything was easy to understand and communications were smooth.. .

Very good. Great place to stay overnight, with perfect location, 5 min away from Termini. Amazing staff, thank you! Kettle and fridge are available in the room. Great value of money.. Shampoo and shower gel are very limited, and they don't get refilled daily. Consider having your own..

Very good. The service at the hotel was excellent, they came to open the door even though we didn't make it in time to the hotel for check-in. Our original flight was cancelled and we were rerouted. The hotel staff was there at half past midnight.. .

Good. The hotel is close to the center, 20 minutes walk depending on your pace. Bed was comfortable, there is everything you need in the room. Very nice staff. There was trash in the locker, apparently not cleaned from the previous guest. The shower was clogged and water came out of the shower and I had to scoop up the water to avoid slipping and falling..
