Lovely cosy hotel near Termini. Lovely continental breakfast (table service). Staff were all kind and polite, spoke English, and were more than patient with our basic Italian!
Great location less than 10 minutes walk from Termini station and lovely restaurants, cheaper than average in Rome.
Nice outdoor courtyard for smoking etc.. Shower cubicle was a little small and water not always hot in the morning/afternoons..

City Break in Rome. Booked hotel through love holidays, fab location 6 minutes from main train station, lots of amenities, local supermarkets and cafes. Metro close by. We walked to all the main sites 15 mins to the trevi fountain, an hour to Vatican and the colosseum/ Roman forum 30 mins.
Hotel was clean, room was typically Italian and just what we hoped/ expected.
The team at the hotel were helpful and Friendly.
Breakfast was a little later than we wanted 8-9:30 but only because we had planned on early starts.
A little bit of noise before the local restaurants closed but then quiet all evening.
Would recommend the restaurant opersite.
Lots of places to sit around the hotel inc an small outdoor area.
I was very pleased with the hotel considering we booked a low budget holiday.. .

Give it a miss. Well.....location of the hotel is great, its only 10-15 walk from the station. the hotel itself....we got put in the worst room of all pretty much looked like a bedroom's conversion at the back of the house, out the way. the bedroom window had a view of someone else's courtyard and no natural light we kept the curtains closed the whole time and the bathroom window had to be opened by a pole and you could hear the hotel next door. table in the room wasnt very sturdy. complained about the hot water to find out we had to wait a good 10 mins for it to be heated. walls had marks all over it. mattress was hard and uncomfortable
breakfast wasnt the best, you got a plate with a few bits of meat and cheese on, the croissants were the best bit they were great.
wouldnt stay again as i didnt feel safe in the room at all, and there was no option of changing. .

Hidden Gem. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a bonus for sure. Not too far from Termini to get to the attractions. The hotel was clean and offered great amenities. Great location with restaurants. Overall a highly recommended place to stay!. .
