Overall excellent location, easy access to trains, trams. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean and the size was big enough for a family of 4. Beds were good size. Loved that we got complimentary water.
Enough storage space. Bathroom was also spacious. The toilet did smell like pee and there was no heating so the room was cold in the winter..

Excellent stay!. We had a great stay in the Novotel 17. We travelled from the UK with our son who is a wheelchair user. We didn't book a specific adapted room but the room we had was spacious and plenty of room for us all. The hotel was clean, cool (the room air conditioning was a god send during the hot weather!), and the water cooler on the corridor meant we had ice cold water whenever we wanted. The location was excellent too , easy to drive to with parking available onsite, the bus stop just outside the hotel took us into all the main attractions and the metro line located just around the corner, which made this hotel the perfect base for exploring all that Paris has to offer. Not that the 17th arrondissement should be overlooked! Great neighbourhood with lovely eateries, shops & bakeries perfect for grabbing a coffee & croissant. The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Dustin in particular was so lovely with our son who is non verbal but he took time to speak with him daily, a gesture that went such a long way to making us feel welcome at the hotel. If you're from the UK (or anywhere) and looking for a great hotel, with excellent customer service and great location then this is the hotel for you!. .
